Individual Healing Session
An individual healing session blends IFS parts work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, experiential interventions, and mindfulness-based, evidence-informed practices with a trauma-sensitive lens. Clients are guided to connect with and understand their internal parts, exploring the protective roles they’ve taken on in response to past experiences. Using principles from ACT, they build psychological flexibility, align with their values, and take grounded steps toward change. Experiential and somatic approaches help access and release stored trauma patterns that talk therapy alone may not reach, while mindfulness supports nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and compassionate self-witnessing. Each session is designed to honor the impact of trauma, restore a sense of internal harmony, and build resilience from the inside out.
