Psychedelic Preparation & Integration Therapy
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a legal, research-supported mental health treatment that blends low-dose ketamine with supportive psychotherapy to help ease depression, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD — especially if you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or haven’t found relief through traditional talk therapy or medication alone.
I partner with Journey Clinical, who handles the medical evaluation, ketamine prescription, and ongoing monitoring, while I guide the therapeutic process so you feel supported every step of the way.
During a KAP session, you’ll take a sublingual ketamine lozenge in a calm, grounding setting — either in-office or virtually from home. Many clients describe the experience as peaceful, spacious, or dream-like. This state can create more emotional openness, access to deeper insight, and relief in the nervous system, helping you move beyond old patterns with more clarity and compassion.
Afterward, we integrate what emerged — translating insights into meaningful action and lasting change. Over time, KAP may help:
• Improve mood and emotional balance
• Reduce anxiety and trauma symptoms
• Support PTSD healing
• Increase self-compassion and resilience
• Unlock new pathways for growth through enhanced neuroplasticity
If you’re looking for a new approach to depression treatment, anxiety relief, trauma-informed therapy, or psychedelic-assisted therapy, KAP may be a supportive next step.
